DNA

DNA is the molecule that is the code of life. All living things have DNA (or a related molecule RNA) which describe how to make the proteins your cells produce. DNA also falls into the "polymer" category because it is basically made from four different smaller molecules linked together. The molecule to the left is only a small fragment of a much larger DNA molecule.

VITAMIN B12

VITAMIN B12 is crucial in the production of red blood cell and helps to grow and maintain healthy nerve cells. It is the only vitamin that is only found in animal products. People who don't eat meat or any other animal products, such as milk or eggs, must supplement their diet with an artificial source of this vitamin.
