A Review of Water Basics

Before beginning the Water investigations, it may be helpful to review what your students already know about water, and what many consider "the basics."

They should be able to answer, at least in a simple fashion:

• What is water?
• What is a water molecule?
• What happens in the Water Cycle? What causes water to change its form?
• What is the difference between liquid, water vapor and ice?
